Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Microsoft security projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Implement project management best practices to achieve successful outcomes within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Microsoft Security Expertise:
Stay current with the latest Microsoft security updates and industry best practices to enhance project effectiveness.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage project risks related to Microsoft security implementations.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues and ensure project success.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project status updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating resolution of issues.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with resource managers to ensure adequate allocation of personnel with the required skills for project tasks.
Monitor and manage project resources to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for Microsoft security projects to ensure the delivery of secure and reliable solutions.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) is an advantage.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall Project Methodologies with PMBOK (PMP) or Prince2 certifications.
Proven experience managing complex IT projects, with a focus on Microsoft security technologies would be an advantage.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Process a deep understanding of Microsoft Security Technologies, including but not limited to Azure Security Centre, MS Defender 365, Azure Active Directory and other related tools.
