Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Trainer to train field staff in methodology, processes and procedures by effectively training products. The position is based in Limpopo.
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for:
Facilitation of training sessions
Effective implementation of the training
Effective delivery of training
Evaluation and measurement of effectiveness of training
Effective Self-Management
Job Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant Diploma at NQF level 5
2-3 years experience in sales, training and field marketing.
Communication Skills (verbal & written)
Time Management Skills
Planning and Organizing Skills
Customer/Client Service Skills
