INTRODUCTION The SACAA is taking applications for the 12 months graduate internship program in the ICT Records Management Department.

Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

To provide an efficient and professional administrative service at the Records Office
Maintain the SACAA records in accordance with National Archive Act and company policy
File Maintenance
Customer Service
Record Management
Safety and Security of files
Registry Database
Incoming Mail Management
Outgoing Mail Management
Archiving of Files (Off site storage)

Job Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
Diploma in Records and Archives or Related Qualification

All SACAA appointments are subject to S98 of the Civil Aviation Act, 13 of 2009 and all successful candidates will be subjected to security vetting. Employment Equity candidates will be prioritised in line with Employment Equity Plan. If you have not heard from the SACAA 90 days after the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful.
