A vacancy exists for a General Assistant – Donation Testing (Paterson Grade A3)
Purpose of the Job
Perform maintenance on the Mielie washer
Loads and unloads PK microtitre plates from Mielie washer
Perform maintenance on the PK consumables, including preparing cleaning solutions
Discard samples from the three laboratories in Donation Testing
Wash and disinfect all sample blocks
Responsible for packing and distributing tubes.
Issuing laboratory coats to labs.
Perform basic clerical duties in the Donation Testing area.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
Good attention to detail
Encompass a friendly disposition
Unendorsed Drivers Licence
Own Reliable Transport
