Key Responsibilities:
Customer service (because we want our customers to love being with their family and friends on our couches, sitting at our dining chairs, and sleeping in our beds).
Generate turnover (you will need to be good at sales because ultimately, this keeps us in business).
Contain operating expenses and losses (because there’s no point in generating turnover if you lose it all with poor cost and risk management).
Implement company standards (because we’re clear on how we like to operate as a team and as a company).
Establish and maintain effective people and process management practices (because our people are extremely important to us and make our business hum. And developing your team grows your business).
Responsible for the Retail Stock Management Portfolio
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric and/or equivalent tertiary qualification
Business Management qualification advantageous
5 – 10 years retail experience; 5 in Management
Skills:
Microsoft office
Syspro
Excellent communication skills
Leadership
Understanding of logistics and stock control
Commercial and Financial understanding
Business Acumen
Behaviours:
